Hatha, or physical yoga, promotes the knowing of the self through the body. By uncovering our physical blockages we begin to understand the thought, emotional and life patterns that are the root of our physical and life limitations.  Our philosophy, that of the true yogi, is that first we must have a strong, healthy body and a clear, disciplined mind; only then can we have a happy life and further pursue higher spiritual or philosophical realms.

Out of respect for the teacher, other students and your own safety, please be on time.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please consider doing the next class.

Hot Yoga is the single best form of exercise for the achievement and maintenance of health, perfect body weight, and a sharp, clear mind. Our yoga is vigorous yet stress-relieving exercise that works the whole body as a

system, toning and shaping muscles while working the internal organs to create inner health and vitality. It is the perfect compliment to any athletic pursuit as it helps minimize the damaging effects most sports or work-out programs have on the spine, joints and organs. The science of yoga is over 5000 years old and it is unrivalled as a means of improving health, creating peace of mind and relieving stress.

Hot Yoga is the original hatha yoga system, only tailored for the Western person... specifically our cultural problems of job and environmental stress, dietary habits, bad posture and aggressive lifestyles.  It is scientifically formulated and has been demonstrated to regenerate tissue and cure chronic ailments.

Basic Yoga is a 1-hour, not heated class to accomodate Every Body. With a flow of basic postures, it balances bodily systems, gently realigns the

spine and promots deep, healthy breathing. As challenging or as gentle as you need it to be.

Pilates: 30 / 30
is a Fat Burning cardio workout for all finess levels.  Get your heart pumping doing a combination of low-impact aerobics, strength training and Tae Bo moves using resistance bands. The Cardio segment is followed by Pilates mat excercises targeting abs, hips and legs.
